You are invited to post your requirements for suitable candidates. Interested candidates who read your advertisement will apply directly to you. JOBSAtAnytime+ will not filter the applicants who choose to respond. Please give particulars of your organisation as well as the organisation unit that is offering the work position. You can post one or more work positions for your organisation. For each position, apart from the prerequisite qualifications and experience, please mention the engagement you require is for full time, part time, flexi time and/or you offer the option of work from home or own office or if the work location is specific to your office, name of the city etc. You are advised to mention the compensation offered or if the work is voluntary or on a stipend (for interns or students). You are also requested to give classifications that help the work seekers in finding your ad. There are three types: 1) Location, 2) Management Level (generic) and 3) Other classifications which have three boxes - you may choose any of the enumerations, however, generally seekers go for size, functional area and line of business - so you should try and choose the applicable classification in each. This is not mandatory, for e.g. you could choose functions in all three boxes too. The work seeker will be able to filter the positions using any or all these criteria. The unregistered candidates will be shown a limited number of filtered positions, however, the registered work seekers will be shown the entire filtered list. If you want to create a series of positions one after the other: The data gets duplicated when you click on "create new" button - this data you can edit and after satisfactory review you can save it (by clicking on "edit" button). If you want to create another position after your earlier position has been deployed: As a work provider choose edit classified ads option and enter the ad no. and the password. Then do just as described in the previous paragraph. To derive the benefits of the power of searching engine of JOBSAtAnytime+ you are advised to register the work position. The registered positions have a modest fee applicable. You can use the Work Provider "Assisted way" for quick registration of your work position.
