JOBSAtAnytime+ will provide answers to such questions from the data of existing registrants and/or new registrants who respond to requirements posted by users and/or an advertisement released by the user. The resumes/profiles of direct applicants (seekers/providers) whether, auto matched or direct applicants, are structured before reporting - therefore, users get the necessary details without wasting time. The database is built up substantially by new registrants brought in by BPs and by BAs.
Business Partner (BP) and Business Associate (BA) Network
The BP and BA network is a key element in the JOBSAtAnytime+ project as it seeks to reach every individual, household and organisation to register as a user of its computer assisted matching services. The service will be continuously made more cost-efficient and generalised for universal applicability (acceptance). The precision comes at the cost of the service becoming a bit "hard to use". The BP network will actually selll the service to potential users AND help them register/use it as many of them may not be Internet savvy and others who are, may not easily distinguish JOBSAtAnytime+ from other web driven services.

Difference between a BP and a BA
Business Partner must own a certain type of office with the minimum recommended infrastructure AND he must display the sign board of JOBSAtAnytime+ to convey the sense of a principal business. Business Associate has no obligation to display the sign board or work for promotion of JOBSAtAnytime+- the only criterion for qualifying as a business partner is bulk (either at one time or over a short span of time) registrations of work or match seekers and/or work providers. A franchisee gets a share of billings (commissions on sales) whereas a business partner gets benefits of concessional rates or preferences in level of service.  

BUSINESS ASSOCIATE
BUSINESS ASSOCIATES are - Recruitment or Placement Agencies or Match Making bureaus or Counsellors.

As an intermediary agent, you are provided the facility of managing your portfolio of clients by opening Registrant-service accounts for each one of them. These accounts will be subordinates of your own principal User Account (you should open an organisation account). You can keep track of money utilised in each Registrant-service account. You can have all communications to be routed to yourself (or your staff with their own respective emails) - thus preserving the ownership of your clientele. The client's true identity should be entered while providing the resume data, however, the clients can also provide alias names and/or specify their own address for communication purposes. BAs can choose to remain in control of their clients data and the usage of services with respect to each of them. Their confidentiality is protected through options of disclosure and address for communications. This is a power tool to increase your success rate and business without increasing staff.








  
BUSINESS PARTNER (Franchisee) network
The Franchisee network will comprise of two levels. In each state, there will normally be one one master franchisee at Level-1. He will in turn appoint, with the approval of Systems Dynamics (Software) Pvt. Ltd., several BPs at Level-2 throughout the state. Depending upon the population and business potential, in each town there will be multiple BPs at Level-2. These BPs are referred to as L1 and L2 BPs. The selling will be done by the staff of L2.
Infrastructure of L2:The minimum infrastructure includes 150 sq.ft. of space with a visible front and easy access. The computer hardware and software are described in the link of investments required. Your initial investment depends upon the chosen services and the "star rating" (level of facilities) you wish to opt for (there are seven levels of service rating - Basic + 6 Star ratings exist). Manpower at L2: You will need to have atleast one or two dedicated persons to run the business of JOBSAtAnytime+. They must possess good communication skills and be able to do door to door selling. They should speak local language fluently besides English. They should have a two wheeler. The BP will be provided training and marketing support. If you instal multiple computers for the business, the manpower allocation will go up in proportion so as to reach a bigger market.
The L2 BP can be an existing business or a new business. The prerequisites are aptitude and commitment to consumer selling, investment in infrastructure, training and desire to achieve growth through excellence in processes, building customer base through service and relationship building. 

Experienced consumer marketing persons, cyber cafes, cable operators, PCOs and document managing centres, training institutes are among those who could become BPs. Fresh graduates can also become BPs. 

With the same infrastructure, you can generate supplementary income apart from the billings and commissions earned from JOBSAtAnytime+ related activities.
