Your name must be the correct name. Alias can be specified separately and if you so wish, your real name shall not be disclosed to others and the alias shall be declared instead [Alias is specified in the Personal/Confidentiality section].
Mother's maiden name is asked because, the system generates a unique identifier based on your name + mothers maiden name + your other personal data. Mother's name is not used/revealed anywhere else.

Pl give your correct email address. If you so wish, the system will not disclose your real email address to another party, instead an alias email supplied by you will be disclosed - the alias email address is specified in the Personal/Confidentiality section. The backup email shall not be disclosed to another party. The system will generate responses to your queries and depending upon the option chosen by you, if your profile matches other's queries, their messages may also be sent to you by the system. After your particulars (including email or alias email - as the case may be) are given to others as result of query matches, they may choose to send messages to you directly. JOBSAtAnytime+ is not responsible for such communications, these have to be dealt with by you entirely as you wish. The amount of data to disclose to others is controllable by you.
