You can control the
scanning process by specifying values for the following
attributes:
Starting date of scanning
(you may give current date or a date in future - you are allowed
to edit the data of profile as well as query upto the starting
date but beyond that date, the query cannot be edited, however,
the profile could be edited). Therefore, if you intend to
complete data entry in multiple sessions, you should not specify
current date here; only after you have completed profile and
query entry should you set this date to current date.
Ending date
- the scanning will stop on this date (you can terminate the
query prematurely by editing this date).
Scanning interval
in days (max 60) - the system will perform a full scan of the
data base the first time, in all subsequent scans it will go
through all new submissions as well as updated cases.
Maximum responses wanted per
scan
- you can limit the number of best responses per scan - the best
are chosen based on the scores and weights assigned by you for
ranking criteria. Thus you can get a shortlist arranged in
descending order of scores and this list will comprise of only as
many cases as you want. Sensitivity analysis required?
- you can request for this for refining successive multiple
queries. This report is generated for each query scan and it
shows the number of cases that were skipped due to various
criteria (constraints) specified by you - the criteria counter of
records skipped is incremented only if it happens to be the sole
reason for rejection of a case (i.e. when the case would have got
accepted but for the criteria in question). This report is useful
for you to fine tune the constraints in another query, if you
intend to make one, for e.g. you may alter the values (relax the
constraint) if too many cases are seen to get rejected owing to a
particular criteria specified by you.

The responses generated
after each scan of the data base are reported to you, for each
query. The scanning
interval is specified by you.
You can specify response
controls as follows:
Response mode?
- email, snail mail or courier - you should ideally request email
responses, however, at extra cost you can request for snail mail
or courier response in which case a printout will be sent to you.
Urgency of first
response? - immediate, express or normal - the urgency
refers to the first report only. Upon each subsequent scan you
will be sent the reports in the normal mode. In the immediate or
express mode, the processing of your query is taken up out of
queue and your report is despatched in the requested mode
(normally you should specify email with immediate or express
response). There is a surcharge with immediate or express
service. The response time (for the first report) applicable
with these services at the time of writing is : Immediate
- 6 hours Express - 24 hours Normal - 72 hours
The above response time may change in future. The
processing in any case is not taken up prior to the specified query start date, therefore, if you
want immediate or express response, you should set the query
start date to current date (AFTER you have created complete
data; in case you intend to work in multiple sessions, the start
date should be set to future date otherwise the system will
prevent you from editing the query - and only when you are
through with the data specifications should you set the start
date to current date).
Information wanted - in
response
- 1 = email, name, city, score & URL 2 = as
in 1 above + summary resume 3 = as in 1 above + detailed
resume You may choose any of the above three options.
The reports of responses will have the same content regardless of
the mode (email, snail or courier). Req.Service will provide the
level of detail requested by you provided the matched respondents
permission exists for disclosing the details you want.
Req.Service
respects the confidentiality of all users
and the levels of
disclosures can differ from user to user so you could receive
less details for some matched respondents compared to what you
asked for. If you need more information than what the respondent
has permitted Req.Service to share with others than the same will
have to be requested by you directly by contacting the concerned
party.

Option
of sending ( pushing) email message (of max 200 characters) to
those whose profile matches your queries AND who are reported to
you after ranking. If you have opted for the "Push message
service", only then is this option relevant. You must select
any one of three choices.
1 - not opted - in this case, for this query, Req.Service
will NOT automatically notify the matched parties.
2 - your given message will be sent to matched parties by
Req.Service automatically - therefore, you should put your contact
information within the the text of the message so that the
recipients may contact you directly.
3 - your given message will be sent to matched parties
along with your profile; The matched parties shall be sent your
message with your profile (summary or detailed with real or alias
name as you have chosen in the disclosure option). The data
disclosed to work providers is consistent with your selection
under the question "DISCLOSURE to other query makers" in section
"Personal/Confidentiality " under resume. The resume view option
will show you the details that will go to the recipient.
N.B. 1)
This service has a nominal charge per message (please refer to
tariff card - value added services). The number of parties sent
this message will be limited by your selection under the
question "Maximum responses wanted" in section "Create
Query".
