- Become a registered work provider member of www.jobsatanytime.com Buy RecruitPRO(JAA+) license.
- Register the license at the web site and subscribe to the facility of downloading applicants' data for Functional Areas of you interest. Customer Care executive at JobsAtAnyTime office can do this for you.
- Create the required work position as a “JAA+ Top Job”. Position details will be displayed on the Top Jobs pages of Jobsatanytime.com web site. You will get a Job Code from the web site.
- Release a small print media advertisement that sells the company, announces the Job Title reference and has nothing else save the Top Job code and the web site address.
- Download structured profile of candidates who apply to the position. [As an option, if you have advertised and received unstructured resumes by email, the same can be transformed to JAA+ forms so that you can download them and process them quickly through RecruitPRO.]
- Shortlist candidates quickly by defining filters through the RecruitPRO program. Compare candidates by sorting their data in different ways. Rank or grade the candidates on various criteria. Then read relevant details of the best 10 or 20 candidates only out of hundreds or thousands of applicants. Proceed for selection process yourself or email the shortlisted candidates' particulars to the requisitioning manager.
- Define recruitment stages specific to your organization.

RecruitPRO the client side program manages the candidates' repository. Using the program, you can define filter criteria for many attributes including hierarchical master lists (e.g. Functional Areas, Knowledge Domains, Locations etc.) and key words. The filtered list of candidates can be sorted in a grid and individual records viewed and assessed. The link to the detailed resume is also provided.
Define filters – there are many criteria,
While defining filters, you can use hierarchical lists which render the searching smart. RecruitPRO will match J2EE and EJB, it will recognise that Ahmedabad ought to match with Gujarat and so on. The key word is used in conjunction with Functional Area or Occupation Title trees. This makes a big difference in precision.
The filtered candidates are shown in a grid in which each column can be sorted (much like a spread sheet). You can even do cascaded sorting of columns. E.g. Education level followed by Grade achieved. Thereafter, you could read the details of the top candidates and grade them. Multiple assessors can do the assessment. Sorting can be done again on this score and reports of candidates to be interviewed sent to requisitioning manager if required.
